The Korean version of MMSE (K-MMSE), Korean version of Montrealcognitive assessment (MoCA-K) and Work ability index (WAI) were done to evaluate cognitiveimprovement after 6 months-cognitive self-training programs. Work ability index was alsomeasured to all participants.
Results: Cognitive improvement of calculation, immediate recall, and language after cognitive self-training programs have been observed in K-MMSE, MoCA-Kand WAIs in young worker group (<45 yr). This suggested that effectiveness of cognitive trainingprogram would be different according to age and type of work.
